o Remember to bring a towel, goggles, suit and cap.
o Please wear either your HEAT team suit and cap and/or a practice suit and cap. Please do not wear any Aquachief or Storm apparel.
o Arrive at least 15 minutes early (12:45) to get settled and checked-in.
o Parent Volunteers should check-in with Sue Kovacs or Eury Bauer when they arrive.
