Friday-
· Warm-ups start at 2:00 PM, so be there at 1:45 to positive check-in, and find a spot to sit with the team.
· We only have an hour for warm up, so make sure to arrive on time!
· Meet starts at 3:15 pm.
· Coach Alison will be at Friday evening’s session.
Saturday & Sunday AM-
· Warm ups start at 7:00 am, so be there at 6:45 to positive check-in, and find a spot to sit with the team.
· We only have an hour for warm up, so make sure to arrive on time!
· Meet starts at 8:15 am.
· Coach Alison will be at Saturday/Sunday morning’s session.
Saturday & Sunday PM-
· Warm ups start at 12:00 pm, so be there at 11:45 to positive check-in, and find a spot to sit with the team.
· We only have an hour for warm up, so make sure to arrive on time!
· Meet starts at 1:15 pm.
· Coach Alison will be at Saturday/Sunday afternoon’s session.
Swimming Outdoors:
v Be sure to prepare for the elements! The weather can be unpredictable at times.
v It may be cool, especially in the morning, so bring some warmer clothing. Since it is early in the season, the pool water might be on the cool side too.
v We will have a Team Tent for shade, but bring extra chairs/towels to sit on.
