- Read the thank-you letter from St. Jude Childrens Hospital for our yearly donation.
- Follow the Heat swimmers at Centennial,
Central, and
Urbana.
- Remember: To be eligible for the YMCA Championship Meets, swimmers need 3 YMCA meets.
- When practices are at the YMCA and the weather is bad, call to make sure there is practice.
The pool is not grounded and for safety reasons, nobody is allowed to be in the water when there is thunder.
- Are you monitoring your progress? Look at your IMX scores.
- Order the Heat Car Stickers online ($5.00 each), the same way you register for a meet.
