- The Team Banquet will be on Sunday, April 17th. Please, register online. Send your Short Course pictures to Hrabri to help him compose a slide show here, on our web page. Thank you.
- A tentative and incomplete Long Course Meet Schedule is available on the left column.
- If you want to keep in shape during the break, here are some work-outs suggested by Will.
- The list of Best Times has been partially updated (see left).
- ISI is in the process of posting the new Official's Clinics. There will be one on May 1st at Bourbonnais, a relatively close location. Think about attending!

- USAS wants to spread information regarding Anti-Doping Policies and Lists.
- Illinois Swimming Coaches Selected the 2010 Dirks/Gould Coaches Incentive Program Award Recipients. Congratulations to Coaches Will Barker, Tim Lewarchick and Frank Muchna for making an impact on the performance of National Team athletes at the 2010 Mutual of Omaha Pan Pacific Championships.
